Chris has recruited for over ten years in New Zealand, Australia and the UK with a primary focus on delivering technical, planning and engineering talent into the public and private sectors. He has worked extensively on specialist recruitment assignments in board recruitment, senior management, policy, strategy, economics, hard infrastructure (design and delivery) and has supplied into most functional areas including HR, Governance, Finance, Procurement and Marketing & Communications.
Most recently, Chris was a partner in a leading New Zealand executive recruitment business, helping to build the practice across the Auckland and Wellington markets in public sector, IT and executive recruitment. Chris takes a holistic view of client requirements and has a passion for building talented teams and expanding organisations through sourcing exceptional candidates.

Jason has over 14 years technical and engineering recruitment experience gained both in NZ and the UK, most recently working as Delivery Director for one of the United Kingdom's largest Technical Recruitment and Search firms.
Prior to recruitment, Jason had a career as an Engineer focused on Quality Assurance and Compliance. As a Recruiter, Jason is solutions focused and enjoys assisting a range of clients to solve difficult recruitment and search assignments.

Peter Baker joined Technical Futures in 2012 after 20 years involvement in the finance industry. The important focus here at Technical Futures is to ensure that we bring industry knowledge and contacts to the sectors that we look to recruit.
For the last 11 years Peter has managed a trading room that has focused on short term trading in the New Zealand and Australian markets. Through this period maintained the industry contacts that he had built through his career and developed new industry networks.
Peter brings a strong knowledge of Funds management, equities and domestic and international broking markets.

Originally from the UK, Beth migrated to New Zealand three years ago and changed her career path into recruitment. Initially Beth started in Market Research recruitment where she was responsible for project management, client relationship development, database system, sourcing and recruiting the ideal candidates for clients.
Within her role here at Technical Futures she manages the database system, researches and collates information around candidate sourcing both nationally and internationally. Beth and her team complement our consulting staff with insightful and robust research and candidate sourcing strategies geared toward the inwards flow of great talent from a variety of global locations into New Zealand. She delivers an essential component to every assignment, ensuring that we talk with the very best that the market has to offer whether they are actively seeking career change or not.

Tess has returned to Technical Futures after three years to support our Consulting Team in assignment delivery and management. She supports the team remotely from Dunedin preparing candidate reports, client marketing material, and generally ensuring that the back office functions occur seamlessly and effectively.
